At St. Francis Hospital, we strive to provide you with the highest standard of care. If for any reason we do not exceed your expectations, we encourage you to let us know at any time during your stay. Should you ever wish to discuss a concern, please let any one of our staff members know.

You may contact The Patient Experience Department at 516-562-6113 (Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm). After hours the Nursing Supervisor is available at 516-562-6699. If you have a concern on the unit you may contact the Nurse Manager.

It is our hope that any concerns or complaints brought to our attention are addressed to your satisfaction. However, if for any reason the Hospital is unable to completely address these concerns, you may:
